Data storage and retention

Eureka Health stores your personal information on its own servers and those of its cloud-based database management service providers, all located within the United States. We keep service data for the duration of our business relationship with customers and for a certain period thereafter. This is done for operational analysis, historical records, and archival purposes related to our services. We hold onto prospect data until it loses its business relevance, at which point it is removed from our systems. Any personal data controlled by Eureka Health can be deleted upon a verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized representatives.
